Repainting an apartment next week and am curious if anyone has any opinion/recommendation on paint finishes - flat, satin, semi-gloss. Undecided
My view is semi-gloss is more washable and therefore better able to be cleaned upon move-out rather than re-painting. Wink

I paint all my apartments with Benjamin Moore latex semi-gloss bone white (283-03).  I buy 60 gallons at a time.  Great product.
