The Property Owners Association of New Jersey, Inc. exists to bring together owners and operators of residential real estate, interested persons, and related industry personnel for educational and information sharing purposes. The organization is comprised of owners and managers of apartment units and other individuals who work in fields related to the housing industry.

September 10th "The Ins and Outs of the Section 8 Program"

On Wednesday, September 10th , Steven Buch of Stuyvesant Yale and Leigh Ann Zaolino, CPM Field Office Manager with the Department of Community Affairs Housing Division will speak to POA members and guests about the Section 8 Program.   The program will take place at the Wilshire Grand at 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The program is graciously sponsored by Rifkin & Rosen and Apartments.com.  Refreshments will be courtesy of LEW Corp.

Soaring Natural Gas Prices
